How long does it take to get to me?

Once an order has been submitted, it is generally dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes approx. 5 - 7 working days.

Please note the following FedEx delivery requirements:

A signature IS NOT required for residential deliveries. 

A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses (they cannot leave your package without a signature or they will become liable). If you are not available to sign and FedEx has already attempted delivery, you have a few options. You can either sign the yellow slip the driver leaves on your door telling him to leave the package at the manager's office or with a neighbor who can sign, or you can call FedEx with your tracking # and give them authorization to deliver to another address.

For FedEx shipments, please allow 3-5 business days (unless upgraded shipping options are chosen).

FedEx SmartPost® Shipping
By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address within 7-10 business days. Please note: Shipments via FedEx SmartPost to Alaska and Hawaii will take anywhere from 14-18 business days.

Shipping to an APO Address
We do ship to military addresses via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 14-18 business days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. 

To Exchange or Refund, please read our Return Policy and follow the Return Instructions below to submit your Return Request online.

Please note that BODHE does not accept the return of or offer refunds for Pre-ordered products. Please contact our online custom service team if you have any questions.

HOW TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

You may exchange a product for a different size or style within 30 days after receiving your order, based on stock availability. Please note that certain styles or sizes may require a special order to be placed or may not be available at the time of purchase.

If you wish to exchange your product(s), please follow the Return Instructions below to submit a Return Request online with the option: EXCHANGE WITH STORE CREDIT for placing a new order. An Authorization of your Return Request will be sent to you via email with detailed instructions on how to send the product(s) back to us. Once your returned product(s) have been received by our office, the Store Credit will appear in your BODHE Online account upon checkout. The BODHE Store Credit will be valid for one year from the issue date. Please be advised that you will need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping and taxes. 

In order to process the gift exchange, we will need either the order confirmation number or the original purchaser's full name to verify that the order was made online. Once your returned product(s) have been received by our office, the Store Credit will appear in your BODHE Online account at the checkout page. The BODHE Store Credit will be valid for one year from the issue date. Please be advised that you will need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping and taxes. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give a refund for the remainder if the cost of the exchange product is less than the Store Credit issued.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  Merchandise purchased via bodheguard.com can only be returned via mail. 

HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND

Refunds to a credit card can be requested for product(s) within 30 days after receiving your order. The refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds to a credit card cannot be made for orders paid by an e-Gift Card. 

If you wish to get a refund to your credit card, please follow the Return Instructions below to submit a Return Request online with the option: REFUND TO CREDIT CARD. An Authorization of your Return Request will be sent to you via email with detailed instructions on how to send the product(s) back to us. Once your returned product(s) has been received by our office, we will issue a refund for the returned product(s) (excluding any packaging, shipping or handling charges) to the original credit card used for payment. Please be advised that it will take up to 8 weeks for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. 

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the return labels provided in your package to ensure proper return address and credit information.

Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

Refunds will be issued in the original tender of the purchase, except cash refunds will be issued by mail check. Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

BODHE reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is automatically applied to your BODHE order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is NC.
